My African Sauces and Pastes
Hello, I’m Saida, welcome to SAIDA MIA.
I want to introduce you to the wonderful flavors of my home country through my African sauces and pastes.
All of my African sauces and pastes are authentically prepared, in small batches, to my family recipes. The traditional sauces are ready-to-eat or can just be poured over. The sauces make delicious traditional or fusion meals with veggies, meat or fish. They are excellent served with couscous, flavoured or plain rice, or bread or a traditional Injera flatbread. In addition to being a delicious sauce, marinade, and rub base, these pastes can also be used as the ingredients of ethnic and fusion cuisine.
Thank you for visiting SAIDA MIA and happy shopping!
