To order your SAIDA MIA products, go to our Buy Now page for the product you want.
Add to your selections to your basket, and when you have finished shopping, click the basket in the top right of the screen, and select to View Basket or Checkout.
If you have a coupon enter the code now.
Enter your billing, delivery and address details. Select the tick box if you wish to receive SAIDA MIA news and offers by email.
Click Place Order, and you are done.
Shopping Discounts
5% discount if you spend more than £12.00 (excluding shipping), for example, you might buy one of each of our sauces.
7.5% discount if you spend more than £24.00 (excluding shipping), for example, you might buy one of each of our sauces and pastes.
Free shipping if you spend more than £40.

Payment
Our website is secure for eCommerce payments and has an SSL certificate, as shown by the little padlock in the menu bar.
Our checkout uses Stripe to process your payment. Stripe is a third-party payment solution that follows the most strict requirements for security in the industry. It is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
All you will need to pay using Stripe is a valid credit card or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo, or an Amex card.
Delivery
For orders of a value under £40 the delivery charge, within the UK Mainland (England, Scotland and Wales, please see exclusions below), is £4.95.
This is for standard delivery that will take 3 to 5 working days.
Orders over a value over £40 qualify for free delivery.
Exclusions: The above delivery charge information does not apply to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. For delivery to these areas, please get in touch via our Contact Page and we will find out a price for delivery before you place your order.
Returns and Refunds

However, if our products are faulty, please email us via the link on our website Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will proceed as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Please include your order number and details of the problem. It is helpful if you include a photograph to show us the problem.
