All of my African sauces and pastes are authentically prepared, in small batches, to my family recipes.
The sauces make delicious traditional or fusion meals with veggies, meat or fish. They are excellent served with couscous, flavoured or plain rice, or bread or a traditional Injera flatbread.
The pastes make an amazing sauce base, marinade or rub, and are also delicious as the foundation of traditional or fusion recipes.
Handmade products using only the most natural ingredients, which are GM and gluten free, and suitable for vegans without artificial additives.
